EXTREAM BAD AND TO SERVICE

On the 5th aug I got uncapped adsl installed for the simple deal for R514 per month all included.
Today I get a bill for over R1000 to be paid, this is not what I agreed on and what you advertised and sold to me, if I knew that TELKOM would me this way I would have never accepted the deal, there was no deposit needed as Telkom informed me my rating is good. The only call I made was worth R12 and the rest of the bill goes to ADSL, this is fuels advertisement and customer service, I have had a nightmare from day one with Telkom, first a mess up of note with installation arraigned now this, I want all the recordings of the telephone contract been sighed up with me, as I am going to take this further with my layers, as in the calls I was insured this would cost me R514 per month and not over R1000.00
