In the week I called customer care to find out when i can upgrade my contract as i want the 15 gig package. I was told i could but must go to telkom direct store. He also said i must take my id and proof of residence with to do this.
Today i went to the Telkom store in Centurion Mall only to be faced by a closed store referring me to a temporary store across the Pick n Pay. When i got there i was revered to the 8ta store next to Game. When I got there i was told i do qualify but your system is down. She also said now all of a sudden i need bank statements and a pay slip.
I have never ever had this issue with Vodacom or Cell C. Why must i re apply?
I already moved one contract away from 8ta due to bad service. The ball is now in your court 8ta because if i do not get a quick, convenient upgrade asap, my next move will be to cancel my contract once again.
