WORST SERVICE EVER

Today (01/12/2013) at about 13:45 I went into your Woodlands Vodacom 4 U store to do a sim swap. I received PATHETIC customer service from Anne- Marie. At first, I had to wait to be helped yet she was doing something more important on her computer to even notice me standing there and waiting. When she eventually was done I was helped and during the process of the sim swap she takes out her cell and carries on doing her own thing and when I had to make payment after we were done, I'm stilling standing at the counter she decides to help another person before I can ask her if that is all and going forward what I must do from my side so the sim swap is successful. DOES VODACOM NOT SEND THEIR STAFF FOR ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING?
