My wife bought a new SIM card with the intention of doing a SIM swap and upon calling Vodacom she was told the initial sim was ricared under my name and for this reason they could not help her and we needed to get a new one. We went to get a new SIM card today and we are now told the information does not match and again we cannot be helped. What on earth is Vodacom looking for is this some to get us to continuously buy more SIM cards and them make money. The saddest part of the whole thing is the information given to us by the 1st consultant differs from that supplied by today's consultant, to add salt to the wounds a gentleman called Little who claimed to be the manager also contradicts himself and in the process claims that oneofthe consultant s is lying. Don't know what to believe or do next, other than go buy another SIM card as per their instruction.
