Since April 2013 we asked MTN customer care sent us an invoice of each month for the month of contract signed by MTN Standerton, still we haven't receive any invoice from MTN, even though I told them to my understanding it is a statutory requirement a supplier must invoice a costumer when goods or services delivered to a customer, I just wonder is it possible to launch a complaint at a statutory body and to whom which can issue legal steps against a company such as MTN that thinks they are above South African Law and Regulations.
