Stop Order illigally deducted on my account

I have cancelled a stop order in May 2013 with Capitec. Do not ever receive bankstatements so I thought this was cancelled as I did not see any funds go of my account in June & July... Sadly on the 28th of August Capitec deducted R3500.00 from my account for a stop order I believed was cancelled. I went to Capitec on 30 August to enquire why the stop order was deducted. They confirmed that Capitec Brits Mall did not stop the stop order and the lady who handled my query on that day is not in the service of Capitec anymore. So Capitec Springs again cancelled the stop order on 30/08/2013 and phoned to do a recall on the stop order and confirmed the money will be back into my account in 7 days. They did not supply me with an incident number. 7 days later my money was still not in my account so I went to Capitec Brits Mall to enquire why I have not been refunded... Recall was declined. No 2 weeks later NO response NO money, did not pay schoolfees, no petrol, no food - and I am a single mom... I want my money!!! And every one is shifting the bucket!!!
