24-48 hours

I checked my phone in with Natasha on Friday afternoon and was told that the phone would be done within 24-48 hours. Its now been 48hours and after phoning the shop I was told that this rule does not apply if its over a Sunday. Perhaps Natasha could have told me that since I need the phone for work on Monday.
