I have amended by account from debit order to EFT 4 times via the call center and twice in store. Not only do I not get my statements but they continued to put the debit order through. Every time I call and request that it be amended, yet again, they come with all kinds of excuses. Like I only changed one contract not 3 (Mine is the main number) I may not pay by EFT, I have to send a bank letter to say I have no money etc etc etc. So now after Cell C yet again attempting to claim money from my account (there are NO funds) and me not receiving a statement again I paid the account short by the RD fee (I have had enough!). What does Cell C do? they suspend my lines. I have had it with their incompetence and want to cancel my contract. Although I was told I cant as I need to pay in a hefty fee and they would not even assist with processing the documents. PATHETIC!!!
I have to wait 48 hours for the accounts department to get back to my query... Well its been 3 months!
