My complaint of over a week ago was eventually responded to without any response.

Come on - would I not know if you tried calling me? Wouldn't I at least have had a missed call? Why didn't you try again?
Did you really try calling me? I truly do not think so.
I think the time has come - the time after possibly 20 years to change from Mtn to another service provider. The word out there is that Vodacom is very good.
Couldn't you have checked yourself to see what queries I had recently lodged.
