Ignorance regarding customer complaint

On taking out a new contract a request for a call limit was made by us due to the fact that the sim card will be used by our child. Amanda assisted us. Our june and august accounts added up to R5300 and R2200. The call limit request was never prosessed by the shop - there is no reference number that the request was ever made. 3 months down the line and numemours attempts to correct the billing we are still waiting for an answer. after a written agreement from the assistant manager Terry to deal with the complaint this past week, it was once again a broken promise... if this situation is not solved ASAP we will approach legal action!
