CREDIT LIMIT CHANGED WITHOUT PERMISSION

I'm really disappointed in the service/response from Nashua Mobile, in fact I can't complain about poor service/response because I get no service/response. My contract limit has been changed for the second time without my permission - I've just got a sms to say that they decided to increase my limit because I'm a good payer. Now according to my knowledge it is not legal to increase someone's credit limit without a written permission. And in fact according to me this is breach of contract. This is unacceptable as I made my call limit the amount that I chose for a reason and now I must pay more than what I budgeted for. If I did something wrong I would have been sued and had to pay for the mistakes I made but if they make a mistake then it is fine and unheard of. Not any more I am sick and tired of all these hassles. I want to cancel my contract at no extra costs and I want service/response ASAP or you will leave me with no other choice than legal action.

I await for the response.
