It is said or so I have heard from one of Digicall's Managers who contacted me that only 100% of a claim is paid out when a vehicle is stationery. Although the vehicle in question was stationery and the witness under oath reported so in her statement and the witness being a warrant officer, Digicall has refused to pay the claim without deducting the access and threatened me with court cost should I take the matter further. The company in question has already paid the access, so why must we and it was no fault of ours. Where and when were Corporate Giants issued the right to bullying the consumers. They have been stalling this report for 3 months before they decided to believe that the driver, who and drove into my mothers vehicle, he was telling the truth. We read the report together and they still refused to see the truth even though the reported stated that the vehicle had been stationery. The witness also told me that Muhsin after listening to her entire storey still tried coaching her to say that my sister-in-law had reversed into oncoming traffic. I would like to know is how does someone that live on a corner reverse in a residential area into on coming traffic
