I applied for a huawei s7 tablet and received it in a week, i was with in the law and returned it 3 days later because it was not the product i thought it would be, when i called cell c to asked that they collect the lady that answered was rude, asked me why did i take the product if i didn't know the product why do i want to return it and so forth,
But to make a long story short cell c did collect the product as well as the Sim card in July and to date they are debiting me the monthly bill, i was unaware because it is R99 so i never got a sms, so i finally did notice it 2weeks ago Friday called cell c and they reported it, 8 days later no answer so i called them to be told it has now been cancelled, i asked what about my money, the lady on the other side of the phone was quiet, i asked what about my money that was taken every month, she said she didn't know, will put a report through, i would like some one to please call me as i am left in the dark and have not been updated, because it is what cell c has done, as i followed with in the law, i can understand we all make mistakes but the least offer me a product from all the money you took or refund my money, .
