Cant assist with diverts

HI I have called about 5 times to deactivate my call diverts, the most of the people . on the other line is helpful sometimes they just rude. I called the second time were they had confirmed with me that i can handle the account on behalf of my father yet they still need to speak to him, that's not the reason i am COMPLAINING. I am complaining because EVERY SINGLE time they say follow these simple steps, i do them and yet the diverts are still active and i am getting billed for something i haven't wanted since last year. I called yesterday last and they said it should take an hour, i am still waiting for it to be sorted out. I really need this to be sorted out as i am wasting money on something i don't use.
