I took a contract with them recently and i recieved a damaged product i contacted them regarding the matter and all i heard was please hold. They have then collected the product 2 days after my complaint in which i told them over the phone i want cancell the contract as it states you have a 7 day policy and i am still waiting. I was promised two weeks ago that they shall mail me a cancelation form which didn't happen, again on the phone with them, now they telling me they cant find the product by technicions and that i should fax them the copyu of the collection date of the couriers, they didnt know who the couriers was that collected the product, I then faxed the copy and still waiting, i asked why are they allowed to make a debit order from my account for a product that is broken and that i dont have? I was told that there are certain steps to be taken before i can just cancell but that wasnt the same story last week, this has been going on for 3 weeks now and I have decided that I shall be going legal with this matter. I dont understand why its so easy to debit from my account but i dont have the product and its damaged and why i cant cancel. Going Legal with Weava cell
