Hi, i recieved a call from Cell C in June 2013 offering me a special on a laptop and a dongle with 2 free gigs data i chatted to the lady on the phone to find out about the product i then asked if i could take it on a top up contract and i asked her if that is when my 2 gigs are up it switches off and i can go pay as u go as i didnt want any sneaky bills. so my laptop came and at the end of July i got a whopping bill of R2300 that got debited off my account i calles as soon as i got the account and was told i would have feedback with in 48 hours - a week later i called again i called about 3 times that week each time re-telling my query to be told that i would get feed back NOTHING 3 emails i sent and NO RESPONSE finally i spoke to another lady at Cell c that found my recording and agrees that i requested a top up not an open line and taht someone would contact me to credit me again noone has contacted me and i got another account end of aug for R1800! This is DISGUSTING service! i need my money back and i need people to beaware becasue Cell C are not at all helpful i am really upset and angry!
