Vodacom Customer Care - Really?!!!

My wife reported this query over a month ago and still nothing. Meanwhile her account jumps from the average of R950 on her contract a month and now it is R4600. This is impossible! No one can help, neither coming back to us! I want someone senior to address this ASAP. This will not be left here, I have already sent this to Beeld newspapers. This is the message below that was sent to us via SMS and Mynhard Abrahams never came back. Why do we have cell phone contracts and support you!

"Dear Customer. Please be advised that we have received your data billing query. You will be contacted once the audit has been completed. This can take up to 14 working days. Should you have received this sms already, we apologize and will get back to you from the date of the first sms received.
Kind regards, Vodacom Customer Care Maynard Abrahams"
