NO Delivery of Itemised Billing

I have contacted Vodacom Customer care 4 times since Wednedsay 17th July to request itemised billing on a data contract that has exceeded bundle. I have received sms's confirming that all documenation requested by Vodacom in order to expedite this request has been received and yet to date have received no itemised billing. In the meantime my account is running wild and I have no idea where the data is being used. Gladys Nakedi was the first consultant I spoke to. Hamilton Sibiya the 2nd. And Cindy somebody the third. In beteween I have phoned twice more to try and get this matter sorted out. I have also sent through all relevant documentation to change the account name to my new married surrname. this has also not been actioned This is extremely frustrating and extremely poor customer service. I have just recently resigned a two year contract with Vodacom and needless to say am regretting haver done so in a big way. Come on Vodacom- get your act together. I will investigate whether or not I can hold you responsible for my excess billing as you have not responded to my request for help. Penelope Bissell
