I have not been recharged as per agreement

I bought a 12 month 3 gig data bundle from Cell C for R599.00
I have contacted them and they told me they would get back to me in 48 hours and this was last week and I am still waiting and I am getting mighty off!!! And to add to the aggrevation their call centre is a sham, can't get hold of a call agent through the stupid options list when phoning 147. Either accredit my account or return my money!! Just one last thing to add your service and I thought Vodacom was bad, man you guys take the cake really out of all the other networks!!!
