Firstly, I need to be able to send more than 200 emails/hour. I spoke to Nelisiwe Nkosi (0113407200) She assured me by upgrading my account that I would be able to send 400 emails/hour, which sounded great.
Not long after the upgrade I realized that the information given to me by Nelisiwe was FALSE. I phoned support and they confirmed with me no matter on what account you are the limit stays 200/emails per hour as it is seen as spam sending more than 200 emails/hour. So where did this sales consultant Nelisiwe Nkosi get her information from. I phoned in to cancel REF#20131121005156, received an email that same day (21Nov2013) that a customer service representative will contact me shortly. I am still waiting for that call... I phoned again on the 25th of November to hear what is happening I got transferred from Noshi to Thabisile to Naledi, I was just put on hold, transferred between people and no one could assist me. After holding the line for 10minuets they put the phone down. REF#20131125000753 - I would like to cancel this whole thing AS OF IMMEDIATELY as I have been told. I am not interested in just 200 emails/hour. I am busy losing money due to this misinformation.
