Been sending emails on emails on emails to EXPERIAN to update my personal information on there system and all that I do receive is a standard email indicating should any of my information be outdated or need to be delete I must feel free to contact CUSTOMER RELATIONS CONSULTANT to assist. My goodness that is what I did with all the emails I did send to them. Seems all they do is sending out a standard email and refuse to do anything else.
Pathetic service delivery is all that comes to mind
