I've tried sending emails to the complaints department but no luck!! The email eddress rejects all mail! Hopefully this will get mweb's attention! coz the only feed back I got back was auto- generated emails.
Ok, its been more than a week since I've signed up with mweb, ever since I have had no use to the service due to a continuous log in problem.. None of your technical support could figure it out! And hasn't bothered contacting me after sending countless of emails of complaints.. The only time I got a call back was when I threaten to cancel the contract! Just so that we clear, I'm am not paying mweb a cent for a service I didn't use! And if how ever my account get debit, this won't be the last of this.. I'm not paying for a service I have no use of!!!
