Mweb does nothing for weeks then about it

Ordered an Mweb line about four weeks ago and got told to wait for Telkom to activate our line and for Mweb to then contact us. After two weeks of nothing we phoned Mweb to see what's up and they said the line had been activated and they had simply forgotten to let us know. Then got told they also forgot to arrange a router but that they'd call back in 30 mins; obviously never got called back.

Since a week after that we get sporadic emails of an elusive delivery man who keeps trying to deliver it and contact us but claims no one is ever home or answers. This is a blatant as the console at the gate dials my cellphone so I would know even if I'm not home (which I usually am, waiting for this thing), and their claims of calling me are also annoying because Mweb have my correct number and they have never tried to contact me.

All emails to Mweb about this are ignored by them and I don't know why they're failing to deliver such a basic service to an easy-to-access area and then blatantly lying to us about trying. We have been very polite and agreeable but now it's getting ridiculous. Does Mweb just do nothing all day and then send blanket messages pretending they did?
