Unacceptable service

As Mweb does not care about customer service I'll be choosing another ISP to do business. It's very sad as I've been with Mweb since the beginning when mweb was brought out the black box. (to prove it I've had the following email [Email Removed] (used that for 5 years) then when polka (linked to Mweb) came out with good prices I changed to [Email Removed] ( used until April this year) then I pushed more products on the Mweb account of where I worked Customer no 38542.

Now that I want to cancel my email account [Email Removed] since I no longer work there, and been sending mweb emails for a week and a half with no response and NOT READING the email I'm moving my personal business away and moving my private and new customers of mweb, nor will I recomend mweb to anyone anymore.

Since Mweb cannot reply to emails sent and not carrying out the instruction I will no longer use Mweb.

Please note I was going to get a 1mb uncalled all inclusive line with you but I will go somewhere where customer service has not dropped to such bad standards.
