I emailed a cancellation form to MWEB and nobody responded. I then called the call center and they where no help. I resent the cancellation form to MWEB twice to [Email Removed] and my account still has not been cancelled. I read in an article that MWEB does not cancel their customers accounts and customers have to send countless emails. MWEB did not even give me a reference number and the account is supposed to be cancelled by the end of this month.
