Good day I logged a call Ref 3082990627 on the 29th of August, till now no one even did a evert to call me back!!! I changed my contract in may to the Straight Up 800 package the agent and the advertised on the internet did say you Pay R800, the agent did not state that I had to pay for a hand set fee??? When I logged the call the Lady said I must give them time they had to go and search for the phone recordings. When I phoned on Thursday they told me the case was closed on the 5th September no one called me.
They quick to call you for a new contract or Get It or to debit and cut your account.
I want the hand set fees of from May to be refunded to me no One gave me a quote or inform me this. Wonder what handset do I pay for. My phone are almost 2 Years old
