INCOMPETANCE REGARDING BILLING & CUSTOMER SERVICES

Hi, I have called in and sms'd Vodacom for my account to be DR on the 26/12/13 and always henceforth. I received an sms on the 26/11/2013 stating that amount X is due on 26/11 as per my arrangement & that I shall ensure I have enough funds. I wokeup this AM & there was no dr so I called through customer care, spoke to consultant named Nomawethu Langa who was an absolute incompetent! She says she cannot tell me when the dr order was set for I must tell her then only would she tell me, bare in mind that I had already given her ALL my personal details, then I asked her to put me through to sum1 higher in accounts she stated that they were closed. So I asked if she or sum1 els could call me she made it clear they cannot so I was vulgar with her which I cannot be blamed for and cut the call, she immediately calls me back from a no. 082 275 97 I shouted @ her for no.1 lying that she could not call me back. Now I want my account to be DR TODAY and for sum1 to email me as soon as this is done, DO NOT MAKE YOUR PROBLEM MY PROBLEM BY TELLING ME THIS CANT BE DONE AS I HAVE PROOF OF WHEN MY DR ORDER OUGHT TO HAVE BEEN OFF WHICH WAS THE 26/11/2013 & ALWAYS HENCEFORTH.
