On the 21st of November which is exactly a week ago I went to a mtn store in Durban west street and applied for an Mtn contract Samsung s4 mini on the anytime 200, I was advised that it took 24hours to be approved. I had then received a call on the 26th of November advising me that my contract was approved and that I should pick up my device, since I was a prepaid Mtn customer I decided to keep my same number but just convert it to contract. before I had went to the shop I had received many Sms regarding the contract and 1 specifically advising me that I was put onto the Mtn anytime 100, I immediately contacted the store and received PATHETIC SERVICE AND A BAD ATTITUDE and was told it will take another 3days to rectify. I called the 2nd time to speak to a manager but 1 was not available, I had laid a complaint, after an hour i received a call from the same guy who gave me a bad attitude that the problem will be sorted within 24hours, and it was as I received a call on the 28th saying I should pick up my device, that same day my account was loaded with airtime data and Sms's not more then 5 hours later I received an Sms saying my service was suspended, I am appalled with MTN!!!
