INCORRECT BILLING

My FNB account was recently debited for /-7.5k instead of R750.I immediately called through the collections dpt. THEN ONLY did they realise that yes it was incorrectly billed, to which I advised them to IMMEDIATELY transfer the correct funds back. A guy named Simon called me, advised my money will be transferred within an hour which it was not done. We later spoke to the Regional manager who was ''handling'' this matter. the nxt AM my STD bank acc was debited & I was NOT told that it was 2 late 2 update my details. I wanted answers as to who made this huge error & wanted that person to be dealt with. I later was put to speak to Sonnet Botha whom I advised that 'cos of this unnecessary stress i'v been put through I want to be reimbursed the INCORRECT total they deducted from me which she says is not going to be done, I was today reimbursed for R500. Is this how things are handled even by sum1 higher incharge, by settling an error which caused me being in a bad record with FNB & now not being able to get housing loans etc? im still not impressed!
