Debited My account incorrectly

My account was overdue. I arranged to make a payment on the outstanding amount which was one thousand, one hundred and ten rand. I deposited this amount AT Ned bank with my name and cellphone number as reference. But they deducted the exact same amount today. I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. The guy who helped me confirm that I paid, promised me this will not happen but Nashua swears this debit does not come from them - but it has a Nashua ref? I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY. NO EXCUSES!! CALL ME AFTER 5 TODAY!!!
