This must be the worst servise ever, I have had a contract with MTN for years now, but the servise I have been receiving latetly is terrible. All I ask for is for my data bundles to be loaded as per the contractual agreement... Does that have to take 2 weeks? I have spoken to 2 consultants, but none of them were helpful, the last consultant was Phumzile masondo ref no 106573314 .you are quick in debiting clients accounts, it would be nice to apply the same principle by treating them fairly in return.
