I am sick and tired of trying to have this reconfigured, I have called Nashua Mobile as they are my account handling supplier and we use Mtn. I have tried to get "call divert to voicemail cancelled when user busy" but they cannot seem to get this right.
I firmly believe they do this to make money as someone would call you while you are busy on your phone and they would speak to your voicemail so telkom charge you. Then you listen to your voicemail when done and have to call that person back. Mtn then charge you.
I i want is for the call divert when i am busy is not to function as per the services they say they offer.
