Justine clearly doesn't need my business

I have been a Justine product user for some time now and would often go to Sandton City to buy my products. When the store closed down, there was a notice on the window that products could be bought by calling their offices. A quick search on the internet led me to their site. I called the call centre and was given the details of an area manager or something to that effect. Her name was Anne. I called her only to get her voicemail which said she was out of the country. She in fact wasn't. The voicemail was outdated. Eventually I got hold of her and told her about the products I required. She advised that when she had them, she would call me. She never did. I called her a few weeks later. She cut the call and sent me a SMS saying that she as busy and would return my call. I have not received any response from her. It's been months!!! Is Avon Justine doing so well that they don't need my business? It has been months!!! I should move to another face product but Justine works well for my skin so I have no choice but to put up with this pathetic customer service.
