I Phoned Neotel on the 16th to activate my voicemail. They gent told me that he did so and that i need to wait 24 hrs for it to work . till date nothing. I phoned Customer Services now and the gent tells me that the account has been cancelled. I said to him how can that be. I'm phoning you from the phone and i have been making calls the whole morning. He then put me on hold for 10 min and then cut the call. How's that. Sorry i cannot help you let me just put the phone down. Really. Just activate the freaking voicemail and stop wasting my time
