I need my cellphone back on Prepaid

On the 06/06/013 I received a call from Smart Worx an administrator of Nashua. They offered me a Nokia Lumia 510. I took a contract with them & informed them that I wanted to use my MTN no that I was using for more than 10 years. On the 08/06/13, they converted me from prepaid to contract on my old phone. I received a sms stating that my Data 200 has been loaded. On the 10/06/13, I received my phone without the Micro Sim & I still could not use my phone. I phoned them 0861412412 and I was told that I can go to any branch. I then went to Canal Walk & I was given a Micro Sim & was told that it will be activated within 24 hrs & that never happened. I went back to them & cancelled the contract & requested them to divert back to Prepaid. They came to collect the phone and cancelled the contract & did not divert me back on prepaid. I'm now sitting with a phone that I cannot use. I cannot receive or make any calls from my old phone. I need my 085463423 to be back on prepaid. I phoned Nashua & spoke to Wiseman Khumalo, Mulomdi & Thato & promise that they will come back to me and I still waiting. Nothing has been done and I really want & need my old no back. MTN can't help as well.
