I went into our local branch (Potchefstroom) to do an upgrade... i dont have a problem with their service however they told me that i have to wait for my samsung s4 it will be arriving on monday, everyday since monday i have been phoning to enquire if my phone has arrived, and it hasnt and all they tell me is "tomorrow" i know its not their fault that the phone hasnt arrived yet but can someone just explain to me why it takes so long to get my new phone... im getting inpatient and its an awfull inconvience. seeing that my contract by mtn is over im reconsidering renewing it. Im going to other networks this afternoon and if they can help me with a phone immediatly im saying goodbye to mtn for good.
