I have taken out a contract that has been approved almost 4 weeks ago and i am still waiting for the phone. on Monday they told me the phone would be here on Tuesday but it had not arrived as yet. i received an sms to say that my phone would be here on Wednesday. since then i have had no feedback no response and obviously still no phone!
