Here we go again for the second time in two months. First migrated to a open line without my permission and now something called Get It has been added to my debit order without my knowledge. Called the call centre to find out about the extra cost (contract is R429pm) debited R480.12 only to be informed that I am paying for this Get It product that I don't know about. Asked that I log a complaint that will be attended to within two day (this does not happen as I had to resort to Hello Peter two weeks late for my last complaint before anything was done). Was going to be transferred to another department to log the complaint and GUESS WHAT - was promptly cut off.
