Paid for ADSL line and received confirmation of installation date almost 2 months ago - made 251 calls in the last 3 days with promises that Zanele will call me back with info as to why none of the 3 previous installation dates was cancelled WITHOUT notifying me... only to realize that all supervisors of TELKOM was busy in 'meetings' FOR THE LAST 3 days!!! NOBODY called me back, and every time I speak to call centre, my installation date has changed to a week or 2 later!!! I've tried everything in the book - begging, pleading, crying, nagging... My business is going down and I feel helpless!!!
