It's time Vodacom & Mita Networks get investigated

On the 8th January 2014 I was informed by Vodacom that I am being billed monthly by Mira Networks, for an apparent "service" I subscribed to in July 2011. I instructed Vodacom to cancel this "subscription" with immediate effect. At the same time Vodacom also issued me with a reference number 5672689. Later the same day a text message was received from Mira confirming the cancellation of the "service" with reference number 2468107.
I received the following text from Mira Networks --"Mira Networks received your request to unsubscribe. No subscription was found. Mira ref 2468139. For queries 0861106472 or [Email Removed]
I then e-mailed both Mira and Waspa to enquire about the procedure to be refunded, only to be redirected to an answering service that does not operate and e-mails being returned - "undelivered"
I then "smelt the proverbial rat" and went onto the HelloPeter site and there to confirm my suspicions, were complaints from Customers re. the exact same problem.
On the 9th January 2014 I contacted Vodacom to tell them that Mira confirmed that no subscription was found. Vodacom then logged a Service request - 04W21-1D5LW, only to be informed it is my problem!!
