My contract with Vodacom for a 3G bundle is R149-00 per month which has been going off regularly. On 21/10/2013 i was shocked to find that the debit order went off for R349-99. I queried this with Vodacom at Liberty Midlands Mall Pmburg who said that Mira Networks is responsible for this and I should contact them to unsubscribe. I did not in the first place have any dealings with Mira. i phoned the call answering service and "unsubscribed"

In November 2013 i was agian debited R344-99. I was furious and went to Vodacom (concultant Alvina) who confirmed that I did unsubscribe and she could not explain why my account was debited R344-99. She logged a request for a refund.

I am wondering whether Vodacom is in cahoots with Mira as they have processed the increased debit order thereby collecting the funds for Mira.

This is daylight and I want a complete refund failing which I will develop the matter with the appropriate authorities.
