I've tried to un-blacklist my phone for a week. The people at Autopage Cellular have a myriad of excuses as to why it hasn't been done yet. They just "send an email" to their back office and say that it'll be done "in 72 hours". Each call centre operator has a different story and they REFUSE to put you through to a competent or senior person. If you insist they cut you off. I have 4 phones with these plonkers and would transfer them if I could, ...but I think the entire service industry in the cellphone business are all equally useless and uncaring BECAUSE they know you aren't able to simply move away (until your contract is up). I could not be more furious at their uncaring and unprofessional service.
