I have been billed an extra R182 on my Vodacom account since Oct 2013 for a service that I did not opt into. I contacted Vodacom to cancel this and reverse this and was given a reference # 5463314. To date this refund and cancellation has not been done & worst off all, I've been debited again in Nov. This is nothing else but - as an organisation, you should be ashame of your underhanded marketing tactics. Sort this out immediately! All I have is a description of "content services" on my Vodacom account.
