This is the second complaint I am logging on Hellopeter regarding the bad signal cell c offers at my home and still no feedback from Cell C, After my previous complaint i received a call from Cell C to tell me that some one will contact me, no one did then i received another phone call to ask if anyone has contacted me yet and I told them still no one has contacted me, then i received a phone call stating that they are building a new tower and he would phone me the next day with an answer as to how long it will take, that was two weeks ago and still no feedback. Is it possible to cancel my contract with them due to poor service and poor signal?
