Xperia cell phone that would not charge was taken in to MTN, they first indicated that the fact that the phone is not charging is not their fault but after I insisted that they send the phone in for repair. They send the phone in for repairs. After a few weeks I was contacted and told that there was microscopic small scratches on my phone and that it was to expensive to repair the phone. MTN also indicated that the phone was damaged (microscopic scratches) and that it was my fault, and thus the warranty was not covering the faulty phone. I just need them to fix my phone or replace it with a similar phone. After many calls and emails to MTN customer care, nothing has been done or no feedback has being received.
