SM SWAR SECURITY QUESTION

I called the 082111 centre for Vodacom to do a sm swarponly to me assited by people who are not willing to treat my case according to its merit. Whilst I appreciate the RICA and conntrol purpose regarding the security questions aksed when one once do do a sm swarp- I with all due respect think that each and every case is different. those security questions should not be treated like a blanket measure. for example, i dont think there ia a reasonbale person that should be asking me the last five numbers that I dialied when i dont call people from my phone. This attitude is pathetic to say the least. I spoke to Thabiso Baloyi and i was not impressed with his answers to my questions. Vodacom, I think you can do better that this.
