My 1year internet contract of R149.00 expired in Sept 2012. I lost my modem in August, reported it a day later and was offered a 2year contract of R120.00. Being promised that THERE IS NO OUTSTANDING AMOUNTS just a simple switchover where the 1 account was closed and another opened. For the next 3 months I was billed in excess of R500 per month for 2 accounts, exceeding my limit, having to pay in advance, and a whole lot of other reasons.By December I could not take it any more and returned my modem with all bills to TYGERVALLEY. I was bluntly told I could not cancel the contract and they refuse to look at my matter and refuse to sign a paper of receiving my goods. Instead of smashing the shop, out of anger, I left everything and walked out. The many times and money I spend trying to stop the debit order at the bank was override by NAEDOO accounts whom I never gave permission. Up to now I am still paying R120.00 for the rest of remaining contract. Cell C never again!!
