I logged a call (ref 0059054) on 8 November, I had to follow up 12 days later after I was told it takes 10 days. Supposedly Lucky was going to call me for an appointment, I have followed up 3 times sense then and still no call or appointment from Lucky. Clearly service delivery is not key nor ...
