An appointment was confirmed on the 09th January 2013 for today, the 12th January 2013 by Yugeshnee from Hirsch's Umhlanga to have my air conditioning unit serviced. I contacted Yugeshnee at 11:00am today and she confirmed that the maintenance staff would be at my premises before 13:00pm.
At 13:20 there was still no service delivery, i called the department to query the appointment, only to be told by another saleman that Yugeshnee had already left at 13:00pm. The saleman took my contact details and promised to call me with feedback. An hour had past and no feedback received, so i decided to call in, the same salesman advised me that there was a delay due to bad weather and he could not contact me earlier since Yugeshnee was the only person who dealt with this appointment.
It is now 19:05 pm and still NO SERVICE DELIVERY AS PER APPOINTMENT nor was there any follow up from Hirsch's regarding this appointment.
I am GREATLY DISAPPOINTED with Hirsch's service delivery and customer service.
