Need a new windscreen, insurance assigned the claim to PG Glass Allens Neck. Lucky phones several times to confirm VIN number and confirms appointment, set for 09-Jan. My wife took time off work to get home early enough for them to come out and fit the windscreen. Low and behold, the appointment wasn't actually made in the system. Then assured by Kyle that it would happen between 17:30 and 18:00 on the 10th. Still a no show, no phone call to update, nothing. This isn't good enough.
